1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. https://zoom.us/signin

2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management, then Billing.
3. In the Current Plans tab, click Upgrade Account.
4. In the box of the plan you want to purchase, click Upgrade.

This is frustrating. I need a fix for my problem, not more pages to join, charges to pay and stuff to fill out. I paid for pro. I just want what I paid for without this run a round.
