I’m unable to get a pic on my Panasonic tv

i have a new cable box and have attached all cable. I believe the box is communicating with the tv because the tv tells me “No signal”. All I get is the snow effect on the tv.

Short summary:

  1. Turn on your Panasonic Smart TV.
  2. Press the "Home" button on your TV remote to access the main menu.
  3. Select "Settings" from the menu using the navigation buttons and press "OK" or "Enter."
  4. Choose "Inputs" or "Input Sources" in the settings menu.
  5. Select the desired input source (e.g., HDMI, cable) using the navigation buttons and press "OK" or "Enter."
  6. Confirm the selection, and your TV will switch to the chosen input source.
  7. If you have issues with channels or signal, check the physical connections and reset the cable box.
  8. Try selecting different input options in the "Settings" menu to detect the signal.

Does the tv have to be on a specific channel to operate correctly.

No, the TV does not have to be on a specific channel to operate correctly. You just need to make sure that the input is selected and set correctly. You will need to check in your TV’s settings menu for the correct input and make sure that it is connected to the proper port on the TV and the cable box.
