I just got my new First Alert set up. My passcode os entered. I cant close and lock it No instructions on that in the Operation Guide

That did not work
To activate the Locking System, locate the locking push button on the inside of the safe door, push it in and turn the handle to the left. This will cause the live door bolts to extend out and into the locked position.

Locate the small plastic Locking Pin on the inside of the safe door. Grip and pull out completely then dispose of properly.

OK It was confusing. There is a white plastic pin on the very inside and a small black key inside the door.It is the very small black ket that needs to come out. IT WORKED
