What problems do you have when you try to delete your account?
Trying to get a refund. Just too much hassle setting everything up. Just want to cancel but even that’s hard
Sign in to your Norton account.
On the My Account page, located either next to or below the subscription for which you want to cancel the renewal and the renewal charges, click Cancel Subscription Renewal.
Confirm your cancellation.
That’s the other problem. Cmy password twice & still unable to access the account.
I meant to say Ive reset my password twice & still can’t access my account - it’s a new account. Very frustrating.
I also can’t use the App as it defaults to Free Trial!!
