This is a voice message that comes through when a phone call is in process. we don't know how to access that voice mail so that the message can be erased. otherwise we use an answering machine

- Press [ MENU ].
- Press the arrow up ▲Up Arrow or down ▼Down Arrow button to select "Answering device".
- Press [ SELECT ].
- Press the arrow up ▲Up Arrow or down ▼Down Arrow button to select "Erase all", press [ SELECT ].
