I am having trouble with my cricut maker and I keep getting error message -18

i have tried to power off my maker and relaunch design space but the issue is persisting

Can you restart your router right now, while your Circuit Maker is open?
Please restart your router, check that your Wi-Fi connection is Ok and after that check your Cricut Maker
