How do I update my Espnplus account and change payment method

I forgot my password

Short summary:

  1. Open the ESPN App on your device.
  2. Look for the "Log In" button (below the blue "Sign Up" button) and click on it.
  3. On the Log In screen, select "Need help logging in?" to retrieve your user information.
  4. Follow the prompts and submit the requested information to retrieve your user information.
  5. If you can't find the "Log In" button or the blue button, go to the settings of the app.
  6. In the settings, look for options such as "Log out" or "Account information."
  7. Tap on the "Log out" button to sign out of your current account.
  8. Once signed out, go back to the ESPN App and click on the "Log In" button.
  9. Select "Need help with logging in?" to reset your password.
  10. Follow the prompts to reset your password and enter the new password.
  11. Open the ESPN app on your TV and check if everything is working correctly.
  12. If you encounter any buffering or playback issues, try restarting the app or troubleshooting your internet connection.
