Checked every button on the phone, spent an hour with Telus but there were no blocked numbers listed. They suggested the problem was with the phone not the phone company and gave me your number.
Do you have the round 'CALL BLOCK' button in the middle?
No. it is under a button called 'menu' The phone is quite old
Okay, great!
Please, press the CALL BLOCK button first

Now scroll to "Block list" and press Select
ok
done
Now scroll to "Review" section
And press Select to choose it
done
Now scroll and find the number you want to unblock
ok done
Now that you have found this number, press the "delete" button on your landline
I cannot find a 'delete' button - that's the problem
Perhaps there is a "MUTE/DELETE" button?
