Nice to meet you, *****!
Can you please tell me on which device do you have that issue?
the cricut air 2
Understood hoping you can help me!
Lol Hope so too!
Let's start with this : Ensure that a cartridge is loaded into the machine and that the machine has recognized that a cartridge is loaded (the name of the cartridge will appear on the screen), as some buttons are not activated unless a cartridge has been loaded into the machine.
If there is already a cartridge in the machine and it is being recognized by the machine
Nothing
Got it.
Ensure that the cutting mat has been loaded into the machine.
Some buttons are not activated unless a mat is loaded into the machine.
Try using a different cartridge.
If the keypad buttons respond with a different cartridge, contact Member Care through one of the options below for further assistance.
None of those lol
Got it.
In this case we will need to perform a hard reset on the machine.
Turn the machine on with NO cartridge loaded.
Roll all of the gray dials down to their lowest setting.
Grasp the blade assembly and use it to pull the entire carriage car along its track to the far left of the machine.
Back where the carriage car usually sits there is a red button.
Press that button and hold it down for about 3 seconds.
Move the gray carriage car back into place.
Roll all of the gray dials all the way up and all the way down three times - three times for each dial.
Press the Cut button, then turn the machine off.
Set the Speed, Pressure, and Size for the type of paper.
Load a cartridge, turn the machine on, select a simple image and attempt a practice cut.
It’s working!
That's great
Is there anything else I can do for you today?
