Nice to meet you, *****!
What exact Xbox do you have?

Xbox one. And it is pretty old

Could you please tell me when and how did the problem occur?

Customer Replay

About an hour ago. Was watching a movie and then lost connection.

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Customer Replay

Unplugging resetting addresses and dns and up address. Basically everything it's telling me to do

And what kind of error you see when trying to use it?

Customer Replay

No error just keeps saying it can't connect to this things.

Do you have a problem only with this movie or with something else?

Customer Replay

It says my network isn't set uo

Have you tried the second one option?

Customer Replay

Would you know the right dns I would have to use?
Now it's saying it can't connect to the dhcp server

I see.
I have a question about your network, is your device connected to the Internet by the Ethernet cable?

Customer Replay

Yes directly to my modem

Okay, got it.
Let`s try a different cable or port. A damaged or faulty network cable can cause errors, such as the "Xbox can't connect to DHCP server" error.

Customer Replay

Tried new cable different port now it can't get an ip address

After you inserted a new cable into a new port, have you tried restarting the device again?

Customer Replay

Attempting now

Okay, kindly keep me posted.

Customer Replay

Back to the dns issue

Okay, noted!
So it's still the same 1 to 5 issues that was at the start? Like internet/dhcp/dns etc..?

Customer Replay

Yeah. I'll call my internet provider real quick

Yes, sure! Take your time

Customer Replay

I guess my internet is down around the area

Okay, what can I say? Happens to the best of us! :)
I hope it will get better soon. Do you have any additional questions?

Customer Replay

Should I set all my stuff back to automatic?

Yes! It's good decision

Customer Replay

Thank u
