My xbox can't connect to anything it needs to

What exact Xbox do you have?
Xbox one. And it is pretty old
Could you please tell me when and how did the problem occur?
About an hour ago. Was watching a movie and then lost connection.
What troubleshooting have you done so far?
Unplugging resetting addresses and dns and up address. Basically everything it's telling me to do
And what kind of error you see when trying to use it?
No error just keeps saying it can't connect to this things.
Do you have a problem only with this movie or with something else?

Tried new cable different port now it can't get an ip address
