How do I connect nest to alexa

i am working on your instruction
i cannot add the nest device to the google home nest app. that's the problem I am having. when I go on the wall because my nest is alreday install on the wall, it saids its alreday connecet to an account and asking me for a key
i need to know how can i add my nest themostat device to the nest home app because it is not allowing me. saying that it is alreday install with an account

Could you try this one to find a key:

To bring up the Quick View menu, press the ring.
Turn the ring to Settings and press select.
Choose Nest app Get Entry Key.
Your thermostat should show you a 7-character key to enter into the Nest app.
