Power saving mode allows you to maximize the battery life of the iPhone. However, there is a price for this: simplifying system animations, suspending photos synchronization with iCloud, and limiting the screen refresh rate to 60 Hz.

If you're happy with that, you can use simple automation to keep your iPhone in this mode all the time. Even when the smartphone charges to 80% or you press the power-saving button, the mode will immediately revert back.
How to set the permanent power-saving mode on the iPhone
Open the standard Commands application and go to the Automation section.
Click Create automation for yourself.
Select the Energy Saving section from the suggested list.
On the next screen, check the box under Turns off and uncheck it under Turns on. Click Next.
Use the search on the bottom panel for the Enable/Disable Power Saving Mode action. Click Next.
Turn off the switch next to Ask before starting and click Done.
This will enable automation. The first time you turn on the power saving manually, the system will start working. After that, the mode will no longer be disabled.
How to turn off automation
Open the Automation section of the Commands app.
Press to automate the power save mode.
Move the slider next to Enable this automation to the inactive position.
Done: Now you can turn power saving mode off again when needed — but you also have to turn it on by yourself every time.
