Why won’t my PS Move controller turn on?

There are different reasons for the faulty PlayStation controller. It can be a malfunctioning battery, broken charging cable, not authentic cable, or broken charging port.

Why does my Eye Camera not pick up any audio?

The most common reason for this is that you previously shut it down in the settings. Check it and adjust the volume range for the microphone to the maximum possible level. If this doesn’t help you, it’s some severe hardware issue with the microphone.

Why do my controllers refuse to pair with the console?
