To check if you have Disney, please follow these steps:

  1. First, press the Home button on the Roku remote
  2. Select Streaming Channels to open the Channel Store
  3. Select Search Channels
  4. Begin typing Disney
  5. Once you see Disney in the search results, click on it and select Add Channel
  6. After installation, you can select it on the list of channels on your home screen
  7. If you already have a Disney Plus account, you need to enter your credentials the first time that you
    open the app
  8. If not, you can set up an account at this stage
  9. Then, it’s simply a case of selecting something to watch and pressing play
    With the same steps you can check your Hulu, but type Hulu instead of Disney

Disney Plus’ phone number is 888-905-7888. Keep in mind, though, that you might end up on hold for some time if you go down the phone route
