Unplug your TV and wait a full 60 seconds. While the TV is unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. After the 60 seconds are up, plug your Vizio TV back in and it should connect.

Im in the menu, the lock icon is locked, my password doesn't ...SMARTCAST unavailable. Why does this happen every time the software is updated. Ladt time one if your techs did it from your end

Press the Menu button on the Vizio remote, then select Network > Manual Setup > DHCP. If DHCP is set to OFF, press the right arrow to turn it on. If it is set to ON, press the right arrow once to turn it off, and then again to turn it on. Power cycle the router, modem, and TV.

I turned off circuit breaker, held off button on tv and recycled the modun

Yes..the tv says the internet is working, but password not working...

No, Samsung is ok....the Vizio says internet is active but will not connect with the password
