When im logging to Facebook i can use my email or phone number ,i want to leave only email

What do you mean you want to only leave email?

You can just ignore the Phone number part.
And just use the Email part.

So basically, you problem is that when you try to login to Facebook you see 2 options Email and Phone number, and you only want to use email?

1. To remove a mobile phone number:
2. Tap Main Menu in the top right of Facebook.
3. Scroll down and tap Settings.
4. In the Account Settings section, tap Personal Information, then tap Contact Info.
5. Tap the phone number you’d like to remove, then tap Remove.
6. You can also tap the dropdown menu to change who can see your phone number (example: Only Me).
7. Enter your Facebook password, then tap Remove Number to confirm.
