What's wrong with my Amazon fire tv when HDMI'S are blinking off and on from signal to no signal

All I no right now it's an Amazon fire tv how do I get model and brand

The brand must be on the front side of your TV under the screen, the model must be on the backside of your TV, and it could be a sticker with the model number.

I just have my Direct Tv and my X box but they are not the problem because it just started today doing that and they been connected since I had the Tv

Well I have been trying to watch my Direct Tv and it started about an hour ago it goes from showing the channels to no signal like a computer glitch

I tried unplugging and plugging it back up it worked for a while now it's not so me trying that over is not working now

Did you try to unplug your Direct TV box or your TV from the power cord?

Maybe you have a second HDMI cable that we could try? It could be from your Xbox.

I tried HDMI2 it says no signal

Let's try to check your TV Input

  1. Turn your TV and receiver off and back on.
  2. On a Genie remote, press and hold the ENTER button for three seconds to cycle through TV inputs until you see a picture. (component, HDMI, etc.) until you see a picture. (On a Universal remote, press TV Input to cycle through.)
  3. If nothing happens when you press the button, try programming your DIRECTV remote to control your TV Input and try again.

You must have a remote from Direct tv and you're regular remote for the TV.

Unplug the receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet. Wait 15 seconds then plug it back in. Press Power on the front panel of your receiver and wait for your receiver to reboot.

You need to unplug HDMI from TV and reciver, not the power cord
