Nice to meet you, *****!
Okay, so you skipped the step with setting up a pin entirely, correct?

So, you can tell me how to get my messages or do I have to call Yealink? How do I call Yealink?

It asks you for a pin, correct?
Customer Reply
Yes, but we didn't establish a pin.

Try 0000 or 8647.

It says this pass code is not valid for both.

Press and hold the 'OK' key on the face of the phone for 10 seconds. This will prompt you to accept or decline a factory reset.
Doing the factory reset will cause you to lose all the data you had on the phone.
But it will give you a chance to set it up properly.

Including the messages?

Yes, them included.

I don't see an OK key. There are 5 buttons--a mute mic, a squiggle that I think are headphones with a mic, an envelope 2 arrows pointing in opposite directions and the speaker phone.

Got it, can you, please, tell me the model you have?

I got a factory reboot
After you pointed out the navigation circle, I found the directions. I think I also found the auto pin. It was a ***** number, but I lost all my messages. Thanks anyway.
