The verification was First sent to the HALO screen

But w2e were too slow to type in. the second tie the code went to your message site ,but cannot retrieve it.

Halo website. It sends a verification code and you have to immediately type it in.

I did not enter the code fast enough. It asked if I wanted the code resent and I said yes, but then Halo sent the code to my messenger App and not to me on the Halo page.

Did you try entering the code it send to your messenger?

No. I did not know the codes were being sent to messenger until after all was done. It kept asking if I wanted to resend code, I said yes, but I never saw it. Finally it would not send any more codes and told me to wait an hour before logging on again. Then I found the additional codes in my messenger after I logged off. I cannot be on Halo and messenger at the same time.

Yes. I reloaded in and when it was to send the verification code, I never got it. It was not sent to messenger either.

Can you send the verification code now and check to your messages right after that, please

I do not have a verification code now. They have to send it on the Halo page that I am on. I cannot go to messenger and retype the code in on time.

Can you open the halo page on your computer then?

The first time was on the Halo page. When they resent it, it was on the messenger page

They do not send me any codes now. I think they sent their maximum number of codes the first time and do not want to resend any more for security reasons.

Did you try entering the last code they send you?

No. The first code was eliminated before I could resend it or write it down. I did not copy the other codes they sent to messenger.

Can you please go to your messenger and see the last code they send you?

No. I erased all the codes last night.

If they don’t send you any codes due to security reasons I recommend waiting another and trying again after that

  1. Go to Settings app
  2. Open the Bluetooth menu
  3. Tap on the toggle to turn it on
