I do
I’ve changed password, changed number, enabled two factor authentication, and removed any other devices that’s not my own
I just want to know can they access it again
because they did something with one of my phone numbers, and accessed my insta

Only one of the numbers and email address if that’s what you mean
but my very old number no
Please remove your old number from the backup information if it is no longer relevant
