Someone apparently hacked my account and changed my password, now I have no access
You can't give me a temporary password or cancel my subscription for me?

To recover your YouTube password, follow the instructions to change your Google Account password:

  1. Go to the page https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
  2. Enter the email, then click "Next".
  3. Instead of entering your password, click "Try another way"
  4. Enter the phone number.
  5. Choose the option "Send a code".
  6. If you don't have access to the phone number, please choose the option "Try another way" and follow the on-screen instructions.

What do you mean by a temporary card for an extra fee?

The bank will give me a temporary card until I receive my permanent card. The temp card will not have a chip. Will have to slide it.
