I also keep getting messages that the broadband is out on my emails. I haven't done anything except look at the modem and all the lights are on with one blinking.

1. Turn off the television and the cable box for a few minutes.
2. Unplug any connected devices and the power source.
3. Press the POWER button on the television for 30 seconds.
4. Plug in the television and external devices after 10 minutes.
5. Turn the TV and cable box back on.
