My passwords are suddenly messed up and I can’t get email on my I phone or PC

It is 365 and I am NOT the admin

I've already explained my situation several times. I got a notice that I had to enter my password to 365 but when I entered it it didn.t fix the problem. My son, the administrator changed the passwords but that didn't work either Now I can't get emails on either my I phone or my PC.

1. Go to your Microsoft 365 sign-in page.
2. Under Sign In, select the password link.
3. Enter your email address and select Continue.
4. Choose an account and select Send Email. ...
5. Open the email and select Reset Your Password.
6. Enter a New password and Confirm the password, and then select Submit.
