My live pause is not working on foxtel

it is fine on my planner but not on live pause.

Short summary:

  1. Restart the iQ box: Locate the power button on the front panel of the box and press and hold it down for at least five seconds to restart the box.
  2. Wait for the box to restart: Give the box a few minutes to complete the restart process.
  3. Test the live pause feature: Once the box has restarted, try using the live pause feature while watching TV to see if it's working now.
  4. Check the batteries: If the live pause feature still doesn't work, consider changing the batteries in the remote control as a precaution.
  5. Review the settings: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, check the settings on the iQ box to ensure nothing has been changed accidentally. If needed, refer to the user manual or contact Foxtel support for assistance with the settings.

Sometimes restarting your iQ box may resolve the issue:

  • Locate the power button on the front panel of the box.
  • Press and hold down the power button for at least five seconds.
  • This will restart the box, which will take a few minutes.
