To attach your screenshot to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have to choose an image and confirm sending.

shut down the power and turned it back on. havent changed the batteries

i didnt. wouldnt know how to. dont know if one of my kids did though.

Sometimes restarting your iQ box may resolve the issue: Locate the power button on the front panel of the box. Press and hold down the power button for at least five seconds. This will restart the box, which will take a few minutes.
