Thanks a lot
Just to clarify, for how long have you had this washing machine?

Customer Replay

I think 2 or three years

Got it, and it won't drain after it finishes washing now, right?

Customer Replay

it drains but won't fill to rinse The clothes still feel warm

Thanks for clarifying that
Just to clarify, do you load the machine to the full capacity of it's tank?

Customer Replay

no I don't We haul our water so I am very conservative with water use I never our fill the machine

Got it
Could you please check the drain filter of your washer? On the front bottom part of it, there should be a rectangle, could you tell me if you see it?

Customer Replay

It is draining now

Got it, could you tell me the steps you've done for that or it just decided on it's own?

Customer Replay

It just started on its own

That's great to hear, maybe it needed some time for that

Customer Replay

I don't know if it is spinning I will go down to look

Of course, take your time :)

Customer Replay

It quit draining and went to 1E again

Customer Replay

My son just showed me a blue screen and it was in need of cleaning could this be what is causing the problem

Could you tell me, which blue screen are you talking about?

Customer Replay

The screen is from the back of the machine I am guessing it is for the cold water

Could you please take a photo of that screen? It would really help me out :)

Of course, you could send it to our email help@howly.com :)

Customer Replay

The cold water filer was filthy My son cleaned it and started the machine again What should we do

That's great, now, you have to check if the 1E error still appears. Please, try to launch your machine again and wait for a bit

Customer Replay

it is filling how do I do that

I'm sorry, do you mean filling with water?

Customer Replay

yes

Got it, now, try to launch a new cycle of washing for your clothes and check if the whole process works correctly

Customer Replay

Okay

Of course, take your time :)

Customer Replay

The tub is slowly turning and the water is still coming in The time says 51 minutes and it is still filling it is just about full now

Customer Replay

There is a humming sound also

Thanks for clarifying that, could you please try to unplug your washer from the power source and check if it's still filling up with water?

Customer Replay

It quit filing with water

That's great, that means that the Water Inlet Valve is working correctly
Now, could you please try to plug it back in and check if it still fills up with water?

Customer Replay

Ok

Of course, take your time :)

Customer Replay

no it is not

Ok, I see
Please, try to launch your machine again and check if we fixed the issue

Customer Replay

The tub is full of water what should I do if more comes in

If more water will come in you can unplug the washing machine from the power source to stop it

Customer Replay

Keep me updated, please

Customer Replay

it adgetating a little water came but it quit

OK, and what is going on now?

Customer Replay

It is just adgetating

OK, I see

Customer Replay

It showed 51 minutes

Let's wait a bit
Check if the number is decreasing

Customer Replay

yes it is 48 now

OK, seems like it's working normally now

Customer Replay

Can you tell if it is on the wash or rinse cycle

I'm not sure I can do that considering that I can't review the machine in person, *****

Customer Replay
