My laptop says no internet service I have checked with spark and they say it is a Microsoft problem

Let's try troubleshooting it the first way. Follow the instructions, please:
1. Open Start, type: CMD > Right click CMD > Click Run as administrator
2. At the command prompt, type: netsh int ip reset > Hit Enter > Exit the prompt then restart
3. Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot
4. Scroll down and click Network adapters > Click Run the Troubleshooter
5. When complete, restart to see if the problem is resolved.

Do you mean at step 2?
After you click Run as administrator, the command prompt has to appear. Were you able to summon it?
