My iphone will not shut off and I cannot get it to go Facebook, messages or any settings what must I do??

IT EXTACTLY WILL NOT SHUT OFF. IT IS ON ONE GAME AND IT IS LIKE IT STUCK. I AM NOT GOOD AT THIS MY HUSBAND HANDLE ALL OF THE PHONE PROBLEMS.

Ok, in that case, let's do a force restart of your iPhone. You will need to follow these steps:

  1. Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
  3. Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
