My Iphone 7s is magnified so big and won't slide to put in my passcode

I went on settings to turn off some of the apps and turned off or on more than I can handle. I go into my phone because there is no room to put in pass code

Double-tap the screen with three fingers and see if that returns the screen to normal size.
While Zoom is turned on you can drag with three fingers to move around on the screen, but try tapping with three fingers and if that reduces the screen, enter the passcode to unlock the iPhone and go to Settings>General>Accessibility>Zoom>Off if you want to turn it off for her.
