My iPhone 11 attempted an automatic update last night to IOS 16.1.2 . It is stuck "verifying Update," I tried powering the phone off, but it won't allow that either, because it its "verifying Update,"
Could you try pressing and holding the Power Button and Volume up button for 15 seconds?

The screen shows my background. The time and date. There are two notificationns I can see. One for Settings. One saying an error occured installing the update.. Then there is a huge bright banner saying "Verifying Update" witht he little wheel turning around. It has benn doning tit for hours.
