My Instagram has completely shut down from my side

Hi,
My Instagram has completely shut down from my side. I can log in but it won’t load my messages, bio, followers, or news feed, I can’t post anything, or view settings, the account has just black out. From other peoples account viewing mine everything looks fine. I have deleted the app many times. Restarted my phone many times and erased my phone many times. I can’t log in on other people’s phones nor on the internet browser.

Have you used a third party app that let's you see who unfollowed your or etc.?

yes I’ve emailed them twice but I’ve received no response

But if my profile was removed then would others still be able to view my account?
My account from other people’s account looks completely fine
but from my side it’s blacked out and i can view anything

When I log in it just has an icon come up that says we’re sorry something went wrong please try again


That means it's disabled.

It's been disabled for the reasons only Instagram would know.

They will never respond.

I’m not sure why it would’ve been disabled as it was working fine yesterday morning I haven’t posted anything for it to be disabled

They are doing it randomly.
