My email was recently hacked

Then someone hacked into my MSN account and tried to charge something on my VISA card. I have a new card and new password to MSN. My email is going into my Archive file instead of my Inbox. Can you help me fix this?

Yes, and I got to the page you told me to go to with Settings.
I took all the rules off. there was one sending email to Archive. How can I refresh my email?

Excellent, go to Settings > Mail > Automatic Processing > Inbox and Sweep rules.
And in Outlook client, Please click Rules on the Home tab > Manage Rules & Alerts > in the
Rules and Alerts window, you can uncheck all rules to confirm if this issue disappear.

How do I ensure that the email panel I see by going into Office 365 is the one I see when I open my email.
