I took all the rules off. there was one sending email to Archive. How can I refresh my email?
Excellent, go to Settings > Mail > Automatic Processing > Inbox and Sweep rules.
And in Outlook client, Please click Rules on the Home tab > Manage Rules & Alerts > in the
Rules and Alerts window, you can uncheck all rules to confirm if this issue disappear.
