My Disney+ app is no longer responsive on my fire-stick.

I actually have the Disney+ on my fire stick. Why this too is not responding either. Why is my Disney+app all of a sudden stopped working Sir???

It boots on and on forever till it tells me to contact you.

Please try to reset your Firestick first
Please carry out the following steps:

  1. With your Firestick turned on, press and hold the Center and Play buttons on the Firestick remote for fifteen seconds.
  2. Wait for the restart process to finish and launch the Disney Plus app. Check if itโ€™s now working.

I was watching the App last week , I guess it was a free trail period. Now I'm even willing to get it on again and pay.

  • Hold two buttons on your remote for 15 seconds
  • Select the button (the large round button in the middle)
  • Play / Pause button
  • Please hold them together for 15 seconds and tell me if your Firestick restarted

If you're seeing this message, it means there's a device compatibility issue. Essentially, Disney Plus isn't cooperating with the particular device you're trying to view content on.
We'll try to delete and reinstall the app.

We'll try to delete and reinstall the app, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Settings on your Fire TV device.
  2. Select Applications.
  3. Select Manage Installed Applications.
  4. Select Disney+, and then Uninstall.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
