My Canon printer MG 2920 won't print

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

Nice to meet you, *****!

Customer Replay

nice to meet you Daniel

Is there any error message when you try to print?

Customer Replay

Two yellow blinking lights; The first is to the left of a triangle.
The second is to the left of Color ink. I believe the color ink is probably low and needs to be replaced. I just replaced the black cartridge

Let's factory reset it

  1. Select “Setup” on your Canon printer. Then, navigate to the “Device settings” via the arrow keys and press “OK”.
  2. Next, navigate to the “Reset settings” and press “OK”. Look for the “Reset” option and select “OK”.
  3. Select “Yes”.

Are you certain you are looking at the Canon MG2920?
It's probably the least expensive model and is also known as the Canon Pixma

Yeah, there are multiple of those, trying to find the MG2920
Alright, do you have a button with a red triangle?

Customer Replay

yes it is a stop button

Alright, try holding and pressing that one

Customer Replay

ok now the only blinking yellow is the Color ink button - which probably means I am low or out of color ink

Customer Replay

Thanks for your patience. I will give you a great rating. Is there anything else I should do?

I’m glad I was able to get that sorted out for you. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
As for the question, since the printer works there's no need to reset it:)

Customer Replay
