Could you please provide me with the reason you cannot check your Chime account?
I try to log on and I have to do these five puzzles,which have done numerous times. Then a message is suppose to send me a code and I never gotten the code

Chime sends a confirmation code to your phone number when you log in to the app. As you cannot receive SMS on the phone number associated with your Chime account, you can try update it:
