Nice to meet you, *****!
If you're using an analog connection, make sure the TV volume is turned up.
If the TV's analog audio output is set to “variable” and you're getting no sound from the soundbar, try turning the TV's volume up.
If the TV is turned down all the way, you'll hear no sound even if the soundbar is set to full volume.

The soundbar works, my question was referring to the rear speaker, I have my tv and soundbar connected by cables

author

I understand that.
Let's check its volume:
- Press the settings button until the display reads "Rear Speakers" and then hold the settings button until the display changes. Then you can use the up and down buttons to adjust the volume

Yes I haven't found a display for rear speakers on the soundbar. I'm connect to a samsung tv using hmdi .
