If I lost my 2-step verification code how can I get into an account?

I just need to found out if I can get my verification code back

Double-check to see if you're logged into Discord's Desktop/Browser client or Mobile app - You'll be able to view your backup codes with your current password
Search your computer for "discord_backup_codes.txt"

I forgot my password and in trying to reset my password it's asking for the two step code which I forgot

No, you see my phone was acting weird so I did a factory reset and forgot to save the code

If you do not have access to your backup codes, you are unable to remove 2FA and you will have to create a new account
