You won’t see an Uber Round Trip option in your app. But you can schedule your return trip for the exact time,

I'd like to point out that Uber operates as an online service first and foremost, so to schedule a ride with them, you'll need to have an account with Uber. If you're requesting a ride from your smartphone, you'll need to download their app as well. Please let me know whether or not you already have an Uber account and whether you're going to be using a phone or a computer to request a ride - and I'll be glad to guide you through this process!

Yes, please
Please visit this page to install the Uber app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/uber-request-a-ride/id368677368
The link will open the App Store page for Uber. You'll have to tap the button labeled Get or the icon in the shape of the cloud with the arrow pointing down, depending on whether the app was downloaded previously. You may also be prompted to go through additional security verifications (such as entering your Apple ID password, FaceID authentication, etc), which you'll need to complete for the download to start.

Great!
Once it's done, you'll need to open the app, then tap "Get Started" and follow the steps below:
1. Enter your phone number and tap Next.
2. Enter the code you should have received in the text message to verify the number. Tap Next again.
3. Type in your email and continue further with the Next button, where you'll be asked for your first and last name.
4. Finally, you'll need to select your payment method. You can either add a credit/debit card, or pay with cash.
5. Go to your email inbox and look for a message from Uber that asks you to confirm your email address. To do so, just click the link inside that email.
6. You're good to go - you can now request a ride from the Uber app!

What if I’m not happy with terms?

What do you mean by that?

There was vague mention of a third party and charges. What other transportation svcs are available?

You can try Lyft.
Customer Reply
Ok, I’ll download their app and will disappear while I read their conditions. Please don’t leave me.

I’m wondering which service is more expensive

Do you mean Uber and Lyft?

Lyft or Uber. Which one tends to be more pricey

I see. Uber tends to be less expensive than Lyft for the average journey, an average trip with Uber costs around $20 compared with the $27 you would spend for an average Lyft trip.
Customer Reply
Okay I’ll try Uber. Lyft was more specific about which third parties may be involved. The terms seem similar . I’ll go go for Uber

Please wait for the code, if it does not arrive, you can close the app and start the registration again with phone number.
