1. For mobile Equipment and Services returns, simply contact Vodafone at 03333 040 191 to confirm your cancellation. Standard call charges apply. Alternatively, you can write to Vodafone at Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN, or complete their cancellation form, print it out, and send it to them at the address provided on the form.
