2 Click Account in the left menu, then Billing.
3 Click Change Payment Method to open the Billing details window.

What usage ammount?

To increase your usage amount you need to change your plan

Sign into your account at https://instantink.hpconnected.com/subscriptions
Click HP Instant Ink > Update Plan.
Make sure the printer you are interested in is selected. Different printers qualify for different plans.
Select another plan from the list.
