I have a Google Cloud account. Is this to pay for more storage space



1. Open this page : console.cloud.google.com
2. At the prompt, choose the Cloud Billing account you want to manage.
3. On the "Payment method page", to remove a payment method, locate the payment method info card displaying the payment method you want to remove, then click "Remove".
Can you please follow steps above to delete your old payment method ? And then I will tell you how to add new.

that page goes to Payment Method billing account, but wont accept any information or do anything or open

That bar does not open. It briefly highlights blue the back to white. No drop down menu. It doesnt accept typing

Have you paid for Google Cloud on this same account ?
