I don’t remember the lady’s name that made the tags and sent me examples of each. I know her mane started with an A. It was on ETSY.

To get help with your order:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. On the Etsy app, sign in and tap You.
2. Select Purchases and reviews. - https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
3. Next to the order you need help with, select Help with Order.
4. Select an option under What do you want to reach out about? to tell the seller what you need help with.
5. Select Send to seller. You can see how quickly this seller usually answers the above Send to seller.
They will check the issue with your order from their side
