I need help with upgrading my personal Microsoft package to a family one.
On your Mac, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions and then cancel the subscription. Your subscription will not be fully cancelled until 15 days after the date your subscription was set to renew.
After this time has passed, go to Settings > Subscriptions to purchase a Microsoft Family subscription.
