Simply enter the registered phone number or email address when setting up the account. Click on the link that asks "Forgot Password?" and wait for two or three seconds to receive a magicJack email. This email will contain the original password.

The account number for your MagicJack account is listed on the original order invoice. The PIN / Password will be the same as the password used to log into the account on their website

Log into your online account at https://my.magicjack.com/account/acmg/mj/login.do, go to the manage log-in account tab, change the pin to a six-digit number
