I need help with something that I downloaded and trying to send to my boss it was my food handlers card

well the message failed that I didn't know it and found out today that they never received it and I don't know how to find it on my phone and where to go to pull up that certificate that I got. I found the email where it says it failed but I can't even pull up the I think it doesn't even show my certificate on there it just said certificate but it doesn't show the certificate I don't know if I just resend that email and it'll come up for him but it won't come up for me
