I lose my internet connection on my PC once or twice a day

Do you connect your PC to the internet via Wi-Fi or cable?

It's a cable that goes through the Wifi router, but I have bypased the wifi and plugged the cable into the computer and the problem persists.

  1. Port of your computer
  2. Damaged cable
  3. Provider issue

Don't you have an adapter for wireless connection to be sure the issue is with a port or cable but not on the provider side?

I'm sorry I think were chasing the wrong problem. My issue is that I intermitnently lose inmy internet connection. And when I reboot my computer I get it back. I don't see how port, cable or ISP could be the problem or I would get internet back just by rebooting.

Okay I did that it shut don't my computer and rebooted. So am I just suposed to wait and see if it solves the problem?
