I just want to re-activate my Amazon Prime account with a new credit card

To add a new card, in Your Amazon Account, select Your Payments - https://www.amazon.com/cpe/managepaymentmethods
Do one of the following:

  1. To add a payment method, select the Add a payment method link under the category that you want to add.
  2. To edit or remove a payment method, select the card that you wish to edit on the left side of the page. Select Remove from Wallet to remove the card from your account.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
