I joined yesterday the group, yesterday I clicked around on screen got my picture video but no audio

I joined the conference call yesterday I had video but no audio. Today I had audio but no video pics of me on screen. Blank image. Camera was pointed towards me, on the bottom before meeting am I suppose to choose an option the options were, schedule share new meeting join at the top of screen before the meeting this icons appear. I was pushing buttons but not knowing what I was doing. Tomorrow I will try again but I need to know what settings I must have at my end on my cellphone. New cellphone 5G 3 camera Samsung please help me this is for a job

  1. Sign in to the Zoom app.
  2. Click your profile picture, then click Settings.
  3. Click the Video tab.

What do I do?

By the way, the most common reason for that can be that you didn't enable a video option in Zoom. To do so you need to press on - Stop video or start video( there will be a camera icon on the bottom panel).
Please read my message above there are 3 steps and guides on how to test your camera in Zoom.
If you don't see this option in settings.
Please try this.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
  2. Tap the Meetings tab video-on-button.png.
  3. Tap New Meeting.
  4. Tap the Video On toggle to enable it.
  5. Tap Start a Meeting.

If you already had that a long time ago, no, that link wouldn't work.
Please try this.

In that meeting, you have 2 buttons on the bottom panel.

It says microphone is mutes. But it is not in the right corner

1 with the microphone icon and the 2 with a video camera icon.
You need to press on them depending on which of your options is turned on or off.
If the icon was crossed, it means that this option is turned off.

There must be 2 buttons on the bottom panel while you are in the meeting, probably you at the home page of the app
Start a meeting and there you'll see 2 buttons on the bottom panel., 1 with the microphone icon and 2 with a video camera icon.
