I have no service on my cell phone, is the system down?

Short summary:

  1. Restart your phone and see if the issue is resolved.
  2. If restarting doesn't work and you have a 4G device, power off your phone and remove the 4G SIM card for about 10 seconds.
  3. Reinsert the 4G SIM card and power your phone back on.
  4. Check if your phone is able to connect to the mobile network now.

Checked settings. Recived dall on my land saying my sell did not ring. Tried calling out and recieved a "mobile service not available"

If you have a 4G device, and are still having problems connecting, you can power the phone off and remove the 4G SIM card for about 10 seconds and then reinsert it and power the phone back on.
