I have night owl cameras and have a new modem

I forgot my password for my dvr and reset it on the nightowl app but I am unable to get the password to work on my dvr. I need to find out how to reset or if I need to set it up again with the new modem.

1. Click "Forgot password" on the DVR / NVR Login screen.
2. Go to NightOwlSP.com/NOProtect.
3. Create an account or log in.
4. Register your device if you have not already done so.
5. Click on “View Details.”
6. On the Device Details page, click on “Reset Code.”
7. Follow the provided instructions to reset your password.

On the dvr login screen, it doesn’t have a forgot password option

I tried earlier and it didn’t work. I reset my password but it only reset it in the app, not on the dvr
