I have lost sound on my roku

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Attempted general control with remote with no result. When going through the setup for auto I had no sound and attempted using he tv 's remote with the same result. Still no sound

It's the button on the side

No difference. The unit was working OK yesterday then all sound stopped.

Please, unplug your TV from the power and everything from it
Leave it unplugged for 10 minutes
